How do we do it?

1. Test tile and grout to help determine what type of cleaning solution and PH level to clean with.
2. Apply Pretreatment Solution to emulsify and break down dirt and grime as well as pull it to the surface.
3. Manually Scrub with a hard brush designed to get down into the grout lines and destroy the dirt and grime.
4. Use a Floor Machine that scrubs the tile and grout at a 175 revolutions per minute giving superior agitation breaking the dirt and grime away.  
5. Pressure wash the tile with over 220 degree water using powerful truck mounted machines, while all water is contained under the cleaning head so there is no splash or mess and it is extracted back to the truck as it is being sprayed down.
6. Use fans to dry the floor quickly so the grout can be sealed.
7. Seal with High Quality Penetrating Sealer

In rare cases, tile and grout can require two cleanings.  First cleaning with an acid PH cleaner and a second cleaning with an alkaline cleaner.
