First thing we will do is an initial assessment. During the assessment, our knowledgable and trained technician walks through your home using a UV light and a moisture meter to determine what areas of your carpet have been affected with pet urine. The UV light will show the areas of the carpet that have been affected and the moisture meter allows the technician to tell if the padding and/or subfloor has been affected. We encourage you to walk through with our technician so you can see what our technician sees. Once the technician completes the walk through, he will be able to recommend how the affected areas should be treated.
